We are pleased to announce that our quarterly newsletter, The Nut Kernel, is back in print! The Nut Kernel is mailed to all current members of the PNGA.
This month’s edition included a letter from our new president, Don Jackson, outlining the various challenges and overall vision for the future of the organization, including an open call for article submissions. For each PNGA member, there is a responsibility to pass on the value of what we do to the next generations.
The newsletter also contained a recipe for pumpkin cookies which included, of course, nuts. There were articles on grafting, cloning, new rooting techniques, and one on the spotted lanternfly – a new invasive insect in Southeast PA.
